With work beginning in 2022, and in addition to the migration of existing data, work has been continuing on the development of new functionality specifically for Air Products.

The project deliverables include the building of interfaces for SAP and OpenText and implementation of additional modules; RBA, Damage Modeller, Workflow, Dashboards and RBI.

First phase of this project is now nearing completion with power user training finished and a soft go-live planned for the end of March.

Following the successful completion of Phase 1 which saw the upgrade of C4 to C8 and reworking of the SAP interface, Phase 2 is now complete  and concludes the migration of RB.eye data into Credo and the full implementation of Credo RBI solution.

Since July 2022 Oceaneering have been working with Dolphin Energy Ltd to produce RBI plans for their site in Doha, Qatar.

This project was completed in January 2023.

In 2022, Dolphin Energy  upgraded to the latest release of C8 and the latest iteration of Credo RBI, including the Pressure Release Devices module (PRD) which is  delivered as an extension of the RBI module.

This also necessitated a move from Oracle to SQL database and required the reworking of the SAP and SCADA interfaces.

As reported last year, TotalEnergies is in the process of upgrading 17 sites across Europe to C8.

As well as the  migration of existing data there is a requirement for the development of bespoke interfaces; SAP integration and the integration of C8 with TotalEnergies’ custom RBI interface, Synergi.

Key deliverables also include the implementation of Dashboards, Report Studio and Workflow modules.

The first site, in France, is live as of February 2023.

Headquartered in New Jersey USA, The Mistras Group is a multinational provider of integrated technology-abled asset protection solutions.

As part of Air Products global deployment of C8, the Mistras team is working to produce PRD RBI  reports using Credo Report Studio and RBI modules with an estimated go-live date of March 2023.

Risk-based inspection (RBI) software is a type of tool that helps organizations prioritize and plan their inspections based on the level of risk associated with different assets or facilities.

This approach to inspections allows organizations to focus their resources on the areas that pose the greatest risk to safety, production, and compliance, while also reducing the overall cost of inspections.

RBI software typically includes features such as risk assessments, inspection planning, and data analysis.

By using these tools, organizations can more effectively identify and manage potential hazards, improve the efficiency of their inspection processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Credo 8 is the name of our class-leading RBI and Asset Integrity Management Software System.
